We work on architectural, urban planning, and renovation projects, as well as technical reports, for private clients, developers, institutions, and public agencies. For over three decades, we have been handling a wide variety of projects: from single-family homes to municipal zoning regulations, and fromenergy-efficient renovations of existing buildings to construction management for public facilities.
We approach every project with the same philosophy: to thoroughly understand the site, listen to the client, and execute the project with precision. We design and manage projects for single-family homes and apartment buildings, as well as senior living facilities, hotels, and other types of residential developments. We work closely with our clients from the initial concept through to the handover of the keys.

Architecture
We design buildings for public agencies and private institutions: public facilities, community buildings, and neighborhood or municipal amenities. We approach each project by taking into account its intended use, location, and applicable regulations.

We regularly participate in design competitions organized by public agencies, either on our own or in partnership with other firms. Public works projects are an important part of our track record and of our firm’s commitment to the public good.

Energy-efficient building retrofits
Rehabilitation
We develop energy efficiency improvement plans for existing buildings to reduce energy consumption, enhance comfort, and bring them into compliance with current regulations. We work with both individual homeowners and homeowners’ associations and government agencies, and we assist with the application process for grants when applicable.
Urban planning
Urban Planning
We draft general planning instruments (municipal zoning regulations) anddevelopment plans. We work closely with the municipality and other technical experts involved to ensure that the document is feasible, clear, and enforceable.
Consulting Services for Municipalities

We provide ongoing technical support to local governments in their urban planning decisions and land management: reports, consultations, administrative procedures, and day-to-day assistance. This relationship of trust often lasts for years.
